How does collect-in-store work?+
Browse online, add to your bag, choose a store and tap Reserve on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm stock and hold it for you — then you pay and collect in store.
Is the stock shown online real?+
Yes. Availability comes straight from our till system, so if it says in stock, it's on the shelf. Live stock currently reflects 4U West Gate.
Which store do I collect from?+
Pick your collection store in the bag. Online collection currently runs from 4U West Gate, with the other branches coming online — but you're welcome to visit any of our five stores.
How do I pay?+
For now, payment is in store when you collect. Secure online payment (VodaPay) is on the way.
Do you deliver?+
Collection is available now. Nationwide delivery is coming in a later phase.
