The Gadget Room sells from the shelves of MBC's five registered Vodacom stores across Gauteng and Soweto. Right now, all online orders are collected in store— it's free, and your items are reserved for you before you travel. Nationwide courier delivery is on the way (see below). Collect in store — free

Browse online, add items to your bag and choose your collection store at checkout. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm the stock is ready, then you pay and collect. There is no charge for collection.

Reserved items are held at your chosen store for 3 (three) working daysafter we confirm they are ready. Bring your order reference (TGR-…). Items marked "Order in" are brought from our warehouse and are typically ready in 3–5 working days. Unclaimed reservations lapse without any penalty.

Online collection currently runs from 4U West Gate (Westgate Mall, Roodepoort), with our other branches coming online. You are welcome to collect from any of our five stores:

Nationwide delivery — coming soon

We are setting up nationwide courier delivery across South Africa via The Courier Guy / Pudo. Until it goes live, delivery is not yet available and all online orders are collected in store. This page will be updated with delivery fees and timeframes the moment the service is active — nothing is charged for delivery in the meantime.
